Privacy Policy

Effective April 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tweetography, operated by Animus Labs LLC FZ, a free-zone company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and service (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account data. When you sign up we collect your email address and an authentication identifier from our identity provider. If you sign in with Google we receive your email and a Google account ID — we do not request profile, contacts, or other Google data.

Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We retain a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and a ledger of credits granted, reserved, committed, refunded, or expired so we can show you your balance and history.

Playbook inputs and outputs. We store the Twitter handles and time windows you submit, the public tweets we fetch to build your playbook, and the markdown playbook our model returns. These are scoped to your account.

Preferences. Default playbook timeframe and similar settings you choose.

Operational data. Server logs (IP address, user agent, request paths, timestamps), error reports, and basic usage metrics. Authorization headers and cookies are redacted from logs.

2. How we use information

  • To create and authenticate your account.
  • To generate, store, and display playbooks you request.
  • To process payments, manage subscriptions, and apply credits.
  • To send transactional email (account confirmation, billing receipts, important account notices).
  • To monitor service health, debug errors, and prevent abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Public previews

A redacted preview of the most recent ready playbook for a given handle may be shown at /p/<handle> as a marketing sample. Previews never include your account email or billing data. If you do not want a playbook you generate to feed the public preview, contact us and we will exclude it.

4. Sources of tweet content

We retrieve public tweets from third-party data sources. We only request originals (no replies or retweets) authored by the handle you submit, within the time window you select, capped at 2,000 tweets per playbook. We do not access private or protected accounts.

5. Third-party services

Social logins. If you use Google sign-in, we receive basic profile information from Google. Review Google’s privacy policy to understand how they handle your data.

Stripe payments. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We don’t store your credit card information. Review Stripe’s privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.

AI providers. Playbooks are generated using AI providers. Review their privacy policies:

6. Data retention

Account, playbook, and ledger data are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records associated with payments, kept for the period required by applicable law).

Server and error logs are retained for up to 90 days, then purged on a rolling basis.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@tweetography.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Security

We use TLS for data in transit and rely on our service providers’ standard encryption at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
