Terms of Service

Tweetography lets you submit a public Twitter handle and a time window, fetches that handle’s public original tweets (capped at 2,000 per playbook), and uses a large language model to produce a markdown “playbook” summarizing patterns in those tweets.

Playbook output is generated by AI. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, and is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at support@tweetography.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscription.The Service is sold on a recurring monthly subscription of US$5 per month, which grants 8 playbook credits at the start of each billing period. Monthly credits do not roll over: any monthly credits unused at the end of a billing period expire and are replaced by the next month’s grant.

Trial credit. New accounts receive 1 free trial credit on signup. The trial credit has no cash value and expires if your account is deleted.

Top-up packs. Subscribers may purchase top-up packs (e.g. 10 credits for US$8 or 30 credits for US$20) as one-time purchases. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active and remain usable even after your subscription is canceled.

How credits are spent. Each successfully generated playbook costs 1 credit. We use a reserve-then-commit ledger: a credit is reserved when a job starts and committed only when the playbook is delivered. If a job fails for any reason on our side, the reservation is released and you are not charged.

Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which we may collect where required.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no further charges are made. Top-up credits remain usable after cancellation; monthly credits do not.

All charges are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated below. If a playbook job fails on our side, we release the credit reservation so you are not charged. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@tweetography.com within 30 days and we will review your request in good faith.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual;
• Generate playbooks for the purpose of unlawful surveillance or targeting of a specific person;
• Attempt to bypass the credit system, rate limits, or our security controls;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its outputs in bulk;
• Submit handles or content that you do not have the legal right to analyze;
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Tweet content is owned by its authors. You receive only the right to view your generated playbook within the Service for your personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute raw tweet content obtained through the Service in violation of the X / Twitter terms or applicable law.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (handles, time windows, preferences). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service.

Generated playbooks are provided to you for your use. You may not claim that AI-generated playbooks were authored by us or imply endorsement by the analyzed handle.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may adjust pricing on at least 30 days’ notice for renewing subscriptions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT PLAYBOOK OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Dubai will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
